This is a free mama event!! We will mainly be creating birth and postpartum affirmation cards.

Supplies will be provided, of course feel free to bring some of your own or to share. The more the merrier I am sure! Index cards, crayons, coloring pencils, paint, markers, poster board, and magazines are some ideas.

If you want to do a vision board or paint a canvas, instead of cards for example, that's perfect too!! I have a list of pregnancy, birth, postpartum, partner, and sibling affirmations that I will have out for ideas.

There will be a mini Introduction To Placenta Encapsulation which will involve various raffle prizes and discount offers from myself at Gaia Care, other birth professionals (doulas, lactation consultants, body workers, therapists, etc), and small businesses in our area. 

If you are a birth professional or small business owner, and would like to donate a raffle prize and have your services information set out-please let me know! 

Food will be potluck style if desired, anyone who wants to bring something is welcome!

Mamas, birth professionals, partners are all welcome to join as guests. Nursing babies are welcome of course!
